A good landlord should...
A good landlord will strive to set targets which are acheivable. Standards should be common-place amongst all landlords, which sets goals that are equal across the board; how to acheive those standards are different from area to area, as long as the outcome is the same.
Tenants musn't expect too high a target, which is unrealistic in terms of the current economic climate, but with co-operation between landlord and tenant, mutual understanding and open-ness, then target levels can be set which are acheivable whilst maintaining outcomes to suit allFrom Hugh McClung, Tenant - 4/11/2010 Tagged as: standards, outcomes
